BlueStar Sponsored Girls Program

We are excited to be a BLUESTAR Sponsored Team! Being 1 of 45 BlueStar Travel Teams, comes with many benefits and opportunities for our players in terms of recruiting that no other program in the Central Illinois will have. The most important opportunity will be preferred bracketing that will guarantee our teams to play against other BlueStar teams in USJN tournaments on the main courts/facilities giving us the opportunity to be seen by the numerous college coaches that attend USJN events. In addition, will be the visibility to BlueStar Media, individual events, BlueStar scouts, and a respected reputation in the recruiting environment. We cannot express enough how much of a game changer in recruitment this is for our Central Illinois girls basketball players in comparison to clubs based in larger cities.

Our program has received this opportunity because of our 20+ years of experience and proven success in the AAU/Exposure Girls Basketball environment. We have helped numerous of players achieve their goals of playing college basketball on scholarship at every level of college basketball. We have won numerous tournament titles over the 8 years of our program existence, most recently 2018 AAU National Championship with our 2024 class, 2017 AAU Nationals Championship with our 2022 class & AAU Nationals 3rd Place with our 2024 class. In addition, we have several players being invited and attending individual events during the fall/winter because of the national exposure we have gained over the years. We focus on fundamentals, team attitude/atmosphere, and the mental aspects of being a strong competitor at a high level.

All of our girls teams will play in USJN events. Our “National” teams will play at the National/Elite level and our “Regional” teams will play against Regional level competition. Our grade school level players/teams will have opportunities with Rising BlueStar individual team/events. We are excited to share the BlueStar opportunities with all of our girls teams and players.
